Zoom Classes: Clients have the option to Pay Per Class at £9 – fees are payable in advance with at least one hours’ notice. A discounted bundle of 10 classes for £80 may be purchased at any time during the Zoom class period – these classes are ONLY for use with Zoom classes and may not be transferred to ‘normal’ group classes when we resume at all Farnham and Odiham locations.
Clients are requested to pay for a full set of sessions in their ‘normal’ group class, information about which will be sent out via newsletter at least a week in advance of the new set of classes. Payment is required in advance, per half term, by the due date (published in the newsletter) or the start of the class via BACS or cash (or cheque if necessary) and the fee per class will be £9. It is assumed, unless notice is given, that you will continue in your current group class and therefore at least 1 weeks’ notice is required if you do not wish to continue with your current class and if that notice is given after the start date of the class, you will be charged for any classes which have taken place. Clients who pay up front for a full set of sessions, are guaranteed a place in the next set of classes and will be given a priority booking option for additional Advanced Workshops or Summer classes. You also have the option to attend a ‘Catch Up’ session in another group class within the same half term, if for any reason you are unable to attend your normal class, provided that you have given prior notice that you will be unable to attend. Catch Up sessions must be booked in advance via email or text message and are subject to availability.
If you know that you will be unable to attend more than 50% of the sessions in your “normal” group class, in any given half term, you have the option to pay for the classes that you are able to attend at the increased fee of £12 per class (provided that you still attend a minimum 2 classes, and notify the instructor that this is the case before the start of the relevant half term). The classes that you are able to attend must be paid for in advance, by the due date (published in the newsletter) or the start of the class via BACS or cash and your dates of attendance must be disclosed in advance (changes will be accommodated where possible). You are guaranteed a place in the next set of classes. This option is only available to you once per calendar year.
If you do not wish to pay for a set of classes, or pay in advance for a smaller number of classes in your ‘usual’ group class, you can attend classes where possible, subject to space availability, on a Pay Per Class basis of £15. You must request a space in the class via text or email prior to the start of the class and payment is Cash only.
If you sign up for a set of group classes and make your payment in full, you are welcome to attend additional classes outside of your ‘normal’ group class and if you disclose your dates in advance and make your payment in advance via BACS or cash, the additional classes will be charged at the normal class fee of £9 per session.
There will be a late payment/administration charge of £5 per week (maximum £25) if your payment has not been received by the due date OR the start date of the class (unless prior notification has been given that your payment will be delayed for any reason).
Payment for classes will only be carried forward to the next set of classes (or refunds given) if the instructor cancels the class.
Exceptions to the above Terms and Conditions are Advanced Workshops or Summer Classes. For these sessions, if you cancel a booking more than 24 hours in advance, a part refund may be offered if the space can be filled. Additional terms for these sessions will be advertised at the time of booking.
Any private lesson, which is cancelled less than 24 hours before it is due to take place, will be charged at 50% of the cost of the session.
