Due to popular demand, we have now developed Pilates video sessions for you to access at home. You may find that one group class per week isn’t enough for you, or that you miss a session and want to catch up. Or it may be that you are away on holiday and still want to keep up with practising Pilates. Whatever the reason, the video downloads can offer something for everyone.
We have created two options – a 30 minute session or “Quick Workout” which gives a slightly shorter warm up, with fewer movements overall but still a great workout; or the 60 minute “Full Workout” which replicates the kind of hour long group session that you may already attend or have attended in the past.
Once you have decided which workout is the one for you, click on the link below to purchase your download. The link to the video and the password to access it will be on the “Checkout” Page. You will be able to access the video an unlimited number of times while it is ‘live’ – generally for approximately 4 – 6 weeks. New content will be added throughout the year and you will have the option to purchase that new content when it is released.
