Due to the success of the videos I created last year, I’ve have now developed some new Pilates video sessions for you to access at home. You may find that one group class per week isn’t enough for you, or that you miss a session and want to catch up. Or it may be that you are away on holiday and still want to keep up with practising Pilates. Whatever the reason, the video downloads can offer something for everyone.
The two new videos are both 30 minutes in length and are both intermediate/advanced workouts. One of the videos includes the use of the resistance band.
The 30 minute session from 2017 and the 60 minute session from 2017 are both still available to purchase at the original offer price. The 30 minute sessions give a slightly shorter warm up, with fewer movements overall but still a great workout. The 60 minute 2017 session replicates the kind of hour long group session that you may already attend or have attended in the past.
